  • Design and implement TR programs ( including driving awareness , understanding , accurate interpretation , governance and administration ) , policies and processes: job evaluation upto E7 and classification; salary administration; short-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits; expatriate compensation; executive compensation administration; workers compensation; salary packaging; and retirement plans in India.
  • Partner with India/Regional TR to liaise with functional or business managers to develop and implement local TR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization s overall TR strategy.
  • Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about current associates population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization s TR strategy.
  • Ensure timely review / update of existing TR policies/offerings to inculcate best practices to support company operations and strategy meeting with local legislations while striving to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Lead annual Salary and merit planning process and ensure annual and mid cycle changes stay consistent with Org guidelines.
  • Manage all aspects of CB offerings , administration associated with new hires, transfers ,terminations and promotions leading to change in associates compensation and benefits.
  • Manage GBS wrt all TR related activities and liaison with them to deliver high quality service
  • Partner with India/Regional TR to select and manage on-going relationships with external consultants and suppliers (for example, insurance carriers, actuaries, benefit providers, survey companies) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Serve as a project leader or a SME in a project team to lead, direct, and evaluate TR initiatives in order to ensure that the organization s TR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
