2. Liquidity and ALM reporting, cash flow management.
3. Procuring borrowing committee approval from Board and FRC for raising of fund.
4. Handling credit, operation queries of lenders with regard to Proposal and covenants.
5. Reporting of Financial health of the company as part of fund raising activity and submission of proposal.
6. Coordinating due diligence for lenders & Surveillance by Rating Agencies, RBI, Stock Exchange, SEBI.
7. Lenders Covenant reporting and ensuring compliance of all external agencies.
8. Conduct of ALCO meeting monthly and reporting Cash flow and market trends to the Management.
9. Handling Right issue process from valuation of shares to utilization of fund.
10. Helping secretarial team in adhering SEBI notification, guideline from time to time.
11. POC for RBI Audit with regard to providing treasury data and resolving queries with regards to treasury and CRAR.
