Required :

15+years of experience in JAVA or UI Applications or Development Tools experience with expertise on variety of frameworks & integration skills.

7+ years of experience as a Manager / Team Lead , who has managed large teams working on Oracle ATG or Oracle Commerce or other ECom tool / technologies

Work experience in multiple end to endapplication development lifecycle , Agility

Experience in managing projects related to different tools and technologies (like Integration and Services , DevOps , Automation , etc)

Excellent organization , communication , analysis , and planning skills.

Should have prior experience of defining & implementing sound development practices for efficient project deliveries.

Proven expertise in managing teams focused on JAVA / ATG or web development skills.

Good team player and passionate towards team building , multi skillingand mentoring of development resources.

Has prior experience of coordinating off shore / onsite teams.

Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with multiple program / project managers for setting expectation of stake holders and contribute towards effective project planning and execution.

Should have in depth knowledge of Project Management processes.

Good time management skills

Preferred :

Certifications in Project management , JAVA or Oracle Commence skills.

Deep understanding ofbusiness process.

Having experience of working in captive development team environment

Prior working experience on projects working in any of the following technologies : Java / UI , ATG / Oracle Commerce , Integration and Services , DevOps.
