Monitoring statutory compliance with specification for in-house and external formulation.
Compliance to FSSAI rules and regulations for foods and label declarations.
Excellent command on Food safety standard act (FSSA)-2006 and its regulations (FSSAI,2011) and Codex Standards
Proficient in Manufacturing of various Processed and Convenience foods.
Exposure to world class research and new developments in food and beverage sector
Profound knowledge on implementation of quality management systems (HACCP) in food and beverage sector.
