Job Profile :-
Oversee the smooth functioning of entire Legal Department with respect to both non-Litigation and Litigation matters.
Liaison with concerned Government departments to ensure that all possible legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken, obtaining clearance from Government authorities before purchasing the land or starting the project
Handling all legal matters relating to real estate deeds, land acquisition papers, statutory clearances and papers related to long term leasing, renting etc., oversee all the litigation.
Drafting all kind of contract with Land owners/flat buyers / bankers/ vendors /consultants / service providers etc

Legal drafting of transaction-related documents including Agreement for Sale, Assignment Deed, Conveyance Deed, Power of Attorney, Development Agreement ,Supplementary Agreement, MOU ,Will, Gift Deed, Leave and License Agreement, Rectification Deed, Lease, SUB Lease, AMC Deed, Escrow Agreements ,Service Agreement ,Security Agreement , Mortgage Deed & drafting of all types of contracts, Affidavits, Declarations ,indemnity.
Drafting of legal notices and reply to the notices.
Well versed with provisions of CPC, DC Rules ,Transfer of Property Law, Contract Law, MHADA, SRA, Municipal Corporation Act, Land Acquisition Proceeding References and Writ Petition thereon, MRTP Act ,Maharashtra Land Revenue code, Royalty, Revenue Proceeding.
Handle matters relating to : Litigation/ Contracts/ Due diligence relating to titles/property/ Documentation/ Drafting
Has to have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice. He must also have exceptionally good skills in the legal negotiation such as mergers and acquisitions, tender bidding, and contract acquisitions. He must also have an ability to draft and manage complex patent, trademark, and regulatory documentation, handling such matter comfortably within a fast-paced business environment.
Intellectual Property- Land Procuring, Legal Due Diligence of Residential , Real Estates examine public and private records, legal instruments pertaining to property Titles

Responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions & approvals to be taken from Govt. authorities, statutory authorities before the start of the project
Liaison coordination to obtain planning permit/building permit/completion certificate
Administering all legal matters involving project development, implementation till completion.
Vetting of Project Proposals, Preparing Draft Agreements, MOUs, Sale / Conveyance Deed, General Power of Attorney, Joint Ventures Agreements & all other related documents
