In context of the new structure, this position will work in the capacity of being a dedicated HR resource for India operations for the International Trading Business. Key Challenges: Correctly understand the manpower requirements of the business in terms of talent acquisition as well as talent retention and development and accordingly support Head HR in HR strategy development Liase with other functional departments to understand their human resource requirements and contribute accordingly To drive a learning culture across the International Trading business Monitor, measure and report HR issues , opportunities and development plans within agreed formats and timescales.
