Job Description

RECRUITMENT

1) Develop and maintain multiple sources of hires such as Referrals, Internet portals, Executive Recruiting resources and Professional groups

2) Develop a strong talent acquisition and management function which takes care of the requirements across various services and geographies to quickly respond to the ever-changing priorities by adapting and applying new approaches to different scenarios3) Identified talent pool in the TIER -II & TIER III cities and make the quality talent pool available for the organization at an affordable cost.

PAYROLL & COMPENSATION

1) To ensure that all attendances are collected on time.

2) Ensure of Verification of payrollcalculation before payout. Co-ordinate with accounts for timely disbursement of salary.

3) Preparation of Full & Final settlement.

COMPLIANCE

1) To ensure that all compliance related work is done in a timely manner.

2) Attending inspections related PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund and Contract Labour.

3) Timely update to department heads whenever there is a change in Minimum Wages State or Central in our region of operations and based on which work out the revised wage structure. 

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

1) Managing the entire performance management cycle for all employees and implementing it across sites

2) Define and Communicate Expectation of each Departments in consultation with Senior Management.

3) Co-ordinate with HOD's and convert Departmental Expectation to Individual KPI's for the department

4) Co-ordination with departments for completion of Bi Monthly / Quarterly Review on time.

5) Deployment of PMS at all levels and timely completion of KRA setting & reviews.

6) Ensuring timely roll out of goal setting/annual appraisal exercise and finally reward process (Annual).

7) Monitoring the process of PIP (Performance improvement Plans) for identified individuals.

8) Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.

HR GENERALIST ACTIVITIES

1) Handle all Legal Matters pertaining to Labour courts.

2) Ensure all Licenses (Labour, FSSAI. Shop n Establishment etc. are in place)

3) Ensure all Statutory Registrations required are in place before beginning of operation.

4) Will remain the Custodian of all Client Contract.

5) Vet all legal drafts before execution.

LEGAL - CONTRACTS & LITIGATIONS `

1) Handle all Legal Matters pertaining to Labour courts.

2) Ensure all Licenses (Labour, FSSAI. Shop n Establishment etc. are in place)

3) Ensure all Statutory Registrations required are in place before beginning of operation.4) Will remain the Custodian of all Client Contract.

5) Vet all legal drafts before execution. 

HRIS : Generate monthly MIS ( compensation , headcount, statutory) as per departmental and top management requirement
