• Medline India is looking
for a SAP Technical Manager to join its Shared Services Organization. The
position will be

• Responsible for definition, management and control
of the build aspects of Change requests relating to technical objects

• Responsible for Technical impact analysis of Change
requests and the approval of delivered technical solutions

• Required to work with Application Owners and
stakeholders to understand the demand forecast, plan capacity to match demand
and align on delivery plans including technical object prioritization

• Responsible for management and coordination of SAP
Basis activities including application of OSS notes, pro- active landscape
management ensuring high availability

• Establish Community of Practice and be an integral
part to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for the Organization

Skills
/ Experience:

Required:

• 10 years of experience in the areas of SAP Technical

Development/ SAP System Administration

• 3 years of experience as a Manager / Team Lead.

• Exposure to Solution Manager would be an

advantage

• Should
have prior experience of defining & implementing development practices

• Exposure
to the workings of a support organization for Technical delivery/ BASIS

• Good
team player and passionate towards team building, multi skilling and
mentoring of development resources.

• Demonstrated
ability to work cohesively with multiple program / project managers in setting
expectations and contributing towards effective project planning and execution.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certified.

• Having experience of working in captive development

team environment.

• Experience with full project lifecycle of new

implementations as well as Technical upgrades and support activities

• Experience working in AGILE/ DevOps methodology
