Job Description

  • 12 years of technical delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies and test-driven development.
  • Experience with enterprise scale systems & excellent Data Design skills
  • Practical experience in solution development using open source technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent concept communication skills.
  • Evidence of pragmatic solution design
  • Must be hands-on software design & development and DevOps.
  • Work as part of the wider Architecture Team & contribute autonomously where required

  • Proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to make good / sound decisions and use independent judgement.
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and inter-personal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Good track record of communicating effectively with both business and IT staff at all levels.
  • Experience in promoting DevOps culture among developers and testers.
  • Good presentation skills.
