Responsibilities: Execute 10-15 successful closed door, executive briefings a month, working closely with sales on initial briefing request through to execution on the day of and wrap-up Excel at: -Listening to and communicating with internal and external clients to understand account business issues, meeting goals and desired outcomes of briefings -Collaborating with the sales team and customer executives to drive to a final agenda -Executing on briefing agenda and needs, administrative processes required for a successful meeting with internal teams, including preparation calls, working with logistics and facilities coordinator and being the single point of contact regarding the briefing and all details to engaged parties -Ensuring appropriate follow up after meetings via debriefs, surveys and representative follow-up with client to ensure a successful meeting -Finding new innovative ways to increase CEC value proposition to the larger CEP via new methods of briefing delivery using technology and/or roadshows -Achieving alignment between CEC and CEP Be a key player of CEP in growing the business of executive briefings, right from marketing to operations; to building process and systems for the team; or just trying out new things Helping develop a comprehensive executive briefing strategy and supporting tactical plans that use of a wide variety of communication channels (email, Chatter, blogs, large-scale presentations, audio, video, BU intranet site, etc.). Plan, internalize, and publish visit calendars for global consumption Build strong relationships with vendor and manage operations of center end to end Apply best practices to methodology, practices, standards, reporting, templates, tools, and controls.
