Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a Key SPOC champion and work with significant stakeholders within the organization to deliver strategic information to the Senior management.
Budget Preparation and Monitoring
Monthly Budget v/s Actual Analysis Report preparation and circulation to all City Heads
Actual Spent Analysis and cost reclassification
Query handling of system applications related to finance: SAP, Toscana, Capex-Opex
Shares active cost centre / plant code list with all Admin user SPOCs to ensure correct cost bifurcation
Evaluate Data arrays for consistency, completeness and accuracy.
Effective communicator with strong documentation skills, attentive listener and accomplished in representing employer intelligently and professionally
Supervision, Escalations, Tracking handling for assigned activities
Internal audit handling
Coordinating between in house stakeholders and external stakeholders
