Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
Assure security of members operating out of corporate and regional office premises utilizing facility
Customer
Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
Oversee environmental health and safety
Manage contractor and vendor relationships
I nternal process
Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
Check completed work by contractors and vendors
Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing
Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff
Prepare and track facility budget
Monitor expenses and payments
Learning & Performance
Manage performance, develop and train staff
