Search candidates using job portals, referrals, etc., Source candidates as per the parameters specified by the client; use phone screening to judge candidate's skills and the background,Preliminary check of candidates with subsequent salary negotiation and job offers to the successful ones, Facilitating the entire recruitment process, Keep track of all the candidates to be confirmed and ensure that the letter is given to the candidates on the date of confirmation
Maintaining MIS Report:- Creating & maintaining Database & personal files, Preparing daily as well as monthly reports , Maintaining MIS recruitment on daily, weekly & monthly basis
