Job Description : As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to : - Proactively assist the team across the deal spectrum (due diligence, IT integration, IT separation, etc.) - Plan and develop integration and separation projects and deliverables, including Day One readiness and execution, business process and systems integration and separation, and dependency and risk management.
