Job Description

1. Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule for DC & AC (MV & HV, Tr. line) system of solar Plants
2. Prepare Condition monitoring plan for critical equipments of DC & AC system
3. To plan schedule of equipment testing/survey of Modules, Inverters,Transformer, HT panels, Relays, Switch Yard, Transmission line etc. Review, compare and analyze the test results and suggest corrective actions based on the results.
4. To prepare SOPs, JSA, HIRA, LOTO process for maintenance and shutdown/startup of critical equipments.
5. Manage the records of Preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance and keep records of Breakdown.

6. Performing Break down analysis, y-y analysis and prepare RCA & CAPA and propse for any system modification if required.

7. Envisage the action plan for critical breakdown and Plan out corrective steps to minimise MTTR and MTBF

8. Work out alternate plans to meet critical breakdowns and to restore the plant operations with bare minimum losses

9. Chalk out optimised Spares management plan
10. Coordinate with Manufacturer, consultants, Insurance surveyor and third party to perform testing during breakdown of to carry out breakdown analysis at Mrg facility.
11. Developing site team technically and support them to perform testings at site during breakdown of critical equipments.

Preparing breakdown report for submission to Client, Insurance agency and/or to govt authority, HO team as and when required as per contract and legal requirement

Required Candidate profile

1. Minimum of Engineering Degree in Electrical

2. Minimum 13 years of Experience in operation and maintenance of LV, MV and HV electrical systems preferably

in Power plant or refinery or steel plant out of that minimum 5 year in solar PV plant with capacity more than

50 MW and switch yard of 66 KV and above.

3. Working knowledge of power system protection.

4. Should have deep knowledge of relays and protection system

5. Able to read and interpret electrical, civil and mechanical drawings.
