PLX, Assembler, VSAM, DB2, JCL, IMS, CICS Operations and Programming, Linux Operations,
z/OS architecture, Dump analysis or Abend analysis skills are a must.
Z Mainframe infrastructure, Mainframe Utilities - Data Utilities, General Dataset Utilities, RACF, REXX, TSO and ISPF,
z/OS system problem analysis and resolution, z/VM monitoring and management, IBM i fundamentals, System Configuration, Initialization and Shutdown. (z/OS (must), IBM i (preferred))
Basic Qualifications
Minimum BS / B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
Job role involves:
Strong knowledge of PLX, CICS environment, mainframe development experience
Ability to contribute to automating and streamlining various stages of software process, including test and task management.
Should be able to work independently and mentor other team members.
Should be the go-to person for problem analysis and resolution mentoring for multiple products,
Should play the role of the technical anchor for mainframe products.
