1) Attending Courts / Consumer Forums / Police stations in civil / criminal cases / complaints filed by the Bank / against Bank.
2) Interacting with advocates / police officers / quasi-judicial authorities for resolution of disputes / complaints.
3) Filing of FIRs with Police stations / assisting Branch Heads / Bank officers in filing of FIRs and liasoning with police for early action.
4) Vetting of plaints, written statements, complaints, drafting of notices, replies to the notices.
5) Generally advising and giving support to the branches and field offices on legal issues / matters.
6) Follow up with advocates for early action / disposal of cases pending.
