Job Description

Manage all Business related risks(Existing and potential), Internal and External Risk mitigation
Forensic Investigation of Customer and Staff frauds through field visit and referrals
Develop and maintain Liaison with External stake holders Police, Govt Authorities
Work closely with Business for troubleshooting for minimizing Business risks
Conduct Crime Assessment survey of newly proposed branches and existing areas
Conduct Security systems survey of branches from time to time
Conduct survey of Branch Premises Physical Security and suggest for preventive actions
Identifying Lawyers for assigned branches for and working with Lawyers and Ex Police officials to lodge FIRsLegal cases.
Attending court dates in the region based on location needs
Inter departmental coordination with Credit, Audit, Distribution, HR,Opps
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge with respect to financial products of Banks, NBFC, MFI
Conversant with Field and back end investigation knowledge of KYC frauds and Identity frauds
Analytical ability
Ability to create and source intelligence
Knowledge of basic legal proceedings FIR, Civil and Criminal cases etc.
Knowledge of Market informationIndustry awareness
