The candidate should be LLB with 10 to 15 years of vast experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure Development and Management Company.
Good verbal and written communication skills (with good proficiency in English) is mandatory

Real Estate background is mandatory.
To discuss with the counsels in the matters relating to litigation and initiating appropriate legal action against defaulting parties.
Candidate must represent the company in The Hon. Court(s) and attend to all legal matters and issues.
Filing, registering documents including forms, returns and applications on behalf of the company as an authorized representative.
Maintenance of records, statutory books and registers.
Advising company on compliance of legal and procedural aspects, particularly under various acts like Revenue Act, all acts relating to lands and Real Estate business, Labour and Industrial Laws etc.
Knowledge of drafting of legal documents like Writ Petitions, Stay orders etc. is required.
The Candidate is expected to, Advise and handle all legal and Statutory matters with close interaction with top management.
The Candidate will be expected to set up and run the department successfully.
Experience in drafting, vetting negotiating and finalizing international and domestic contracts for licensing, engineering, project management services, material supply contracts, MOUs etc.
Experience in Joint Venture Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements and related documentation is a must.
