Job Description

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Assests & CARDIT Cards

i. Drafting and review of lending contracts and related facility agreements, security documents, guarantees etc. for both secured and unsecured lending to MSME/SME/Retail customers

ii. Drafting of Tie- Up Agreements, Warehouse Receipt finance Agreement, Commodity Finance Agreement, Documentation for Corporate and Retail lending under Agri Finance
iii. Review of title search reports and advise on mortgage creation and registration of mortgage and other security documents
iv. Support in negotiation, drafting, amendment and closure of Service Providers Agreements/Letters and related contracts
v. Drafting and vetting of PoA and Business Correspondent Agreement
vi. Drafting and vetting of Software licensing agreements/API integrations
vii. Drafting and vetting of MoUs/ Letters/ NDA/ Confidentiality Agreement
viii. Drafting and vetting of Retail Product/Credit Card's Terms and Conditions
ix. Drafting and vetting of alliance contracts/payment gateway agreements/API integration
x. Resolving legal queries and giving advice to business teams on matters relating to banking with case law research and relevant statutory provisions
xi. Analysis of business proposals/transactions in the legal context
xii. Candidate should have good understanding on various aspects of banking and e-Commerce industry, digital contracts, fin-tech
