  • Preparing and filed Progress Report with NCLT, Mumbai Bench. [Corporate Debtor was undergoing the process of Liquidation and Quarterly Progress Report was filed]
  • Preparing and submitted a Preliminary Report to the Corporate Person [Corporate Person was undergoing the Process of Voluntary Liquidation].
  • Preparing and submitted Information Memorandum to the Committee of Creditors.
  • IPR Related work
  • Drafting and vetting of Contract, RERA Compliances
