The Role Responsibilities

Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Office 365 & Azure services
VMware Workspace One UEM (SaaS and On-premises Deployments)
MobileIron EMM (On-premises Deployments)
Microsoft Intune
JAMF Pro
Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2016 and Exchange Online
Microsoft Active Directory (including ADFS)
Certificate Authorities (such as Microsoft CA)
Google Android Operating System (Android 7.x, 8.x, 9.x and 10.x)
Apple iOS Operating System (iOS 12.x and 13.x)
Apple macOS Operating System (macOS 10.14 and 10.15)
Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System
Apple Device Enrollment Program DEP (Apple Business Manager)
Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio)
Linux (Red Hat Enterprise 7.0 and 8.0, Photon) and Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) Operating Systems
Android Enterprise
Managing iOS Private App Store/ Google Play Store.

- Large & complex multinational Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (20,000 devices)
- Distributed & Centralized IT infrastructures
- Cloud, hybrid and on-premises Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployments
- Mufti platform & form factor device environments
Have worked for a financial services institution, exposure to regulatory authorities and compliance requirements.
Basic Understanding and experience in mobile application development
Intermediate Understanding and experience with network technologies and protocols (firewalls, load balancing, routing etc.)
Worked and engaged with stakeholders across different technical and business functions
Documenting business requirements and turning them into technical requirements
Documented, raised and implemented complex change requests (multi stakeholder change requests)
Provided Level 2 and 3 technical device and platform support to users across different geographies and platforms
Vulnerability assessment and patching
Documentation creation and maintenance (architectural / design documents and diagrams etc.)
