Key Responsibilities:
Enable KM process following HCL GBP process.
Drive and coordinate for complete knowledge management process. Management of KEDB, coordination with other ITSM process spoc.
Promote knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by, among others, strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
Promote collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting Share experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies Help monitor and evaluate the kn
(1.) Ensure adherence to the published compliance frame work. Monitor by conducting periodic audits to ensure all compliance aspects are adhered to; Analyze and publish reports on the findings; discuss with the concerned stake holders and follow up on the close
(2.) To analyze and integrate the CoE Process and adjoining HR/Business Processes for bringing out higher alignment by creating new designs or enhancing the current design as per industry and regulatory norms.
(3.) To keep self abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the next/best practices
(4.) To prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement of the HR Process(es), lead pilot and testing efforts of a process rollout including preparation of training material and ensure that customer queries on a new process are responded too.
Candidate must be ITIL certified and open for Rotational Shift.
