Educational Qualification:- Graduation or Post graduate in specific field.
Job description:
1) Sales Objective: (weightage: 30)
• Prepare the sales funnel from identified projects and specification leads of the accounts and build an order pipeline for all accounts.
• Work closely with the application subsidiaries and channel partners to jointly secure business
• Achievement of order and sales objective (Value, product and segment wise) for assigned geographies/ assigned set of customers.
2) Key Account Management (weightage: 30)
• Identify Key Accounts in the area, influencer network in key accounts.
• Classify accounts as per the relationship index criteria.
• Identify opportunities for product supply opportunities.
• Engage with respective influencers and purchase organization for supply opportunities.
• Generating new orders which includes working with various stakeholders and managing all activities from quotes to order closure. And addressing post sales issues/ long pending dues with the key accounts
• Customer visit Make weekly plan with specific objectives, capture insights and issues
• Keep a track of sales opportunities of each account and work towards moving them up in the relationship index
3) Working Capital Management (weightage: 10)
• In the contracting business support the applications services team to collect slow moving receivables.
• Adhere to the Commercial policies of the division (including necessary documentation)
• Control the receivables and balance confirmations in line with credit policy for direct customers & applicators.
• Proactively monitor financially stressed customers and applicators and take corrective action.
4) Insighting (weightage: 10)
• Collect feedback from the stakeholders of the owned accounts and draw insights on all aspects of the business including product and service quality, site issues, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.
5) Competition Fighting: (weightage: 10)
• Keep a track of competition activities in the owned accounts, capture and share the same with RSM.
• Engage with the specifications team and co-create the business opportunities in those accounts.
• Engage with applicators to bring insights
6) Governance (weightage:10 )
• Actively participate in business reviews conducted in the region as per the laid down process.
• OAAP to be made and submitted on time and as per index
