Key skills required for the job are:
 MDM - Intune-L3 (Mandatory)
 As a Senior Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues, provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required.
 Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
 In-depth working knowledge on Citrix, VMWare and Azure · Hands-on Build Windows 7 Images on laptops and Desktops · Implementation experience on Intune in Azure cloud · Implement Packaging, Deployment Infrastructure
 Depot Services · Domain Migration for Laptops and Desktops · One Drive migration to cloud Microsoft Office migration from 2010/2013 to 2016 · Technical knowledge and experience in management of large enterprise customers end user computing · Configuring Hardware, applications, Network connectivity, User Access, mobile computing · Monitoring and maintain systems · Coordinate with vendor for the hardware support for laptops · Experience on Service now and ITIL processes
 Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs.  Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment · Perform reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems, and attempt to eliminate them to occur in the future
 Support Authorized Uses connecting or attempting to connect to corporate network and assist in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print, and file services; connection to WAN; and accessing appropriate LAN segments
 Creation of custom policies for managing and maintaining mobile devices · Install, upgrade and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals)
  Provide software break/fix services

Job Description and Roles: -
 Drive and deliver strategic cloud architecting & implementation in Azure Delivery of complex solutions to issues which might include but are not limited to : - Architecture, Configuration, Security, Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Infrastructure etc.,
 Recommends how specific technologies, standards, methods and techniques are to be used throughout the solutions delivery community.
 Designs and implements larger research and proof of concept projects as an individual contributor, focusing on one or a small number of technologies or applications to be implemented into a larger platform.
 Effectively anchors and drives technical solution across onshore/offshore teams
Proficient & Hands on experience in architecting, designing and managing continuous delivery system and methodologies on Azure. - Hands on experience in architecting, implementation solutions in Azure - Proficient in defining and implementing Cloud Azure based solutions.
  Good understanding of developing PowerShell scripts and ARM templates to automate the provisioning ad deployment process.
 Understanding of network design principles VPN, Express route, Load balancing, Network watcher, Traffic manager, User define Routing etc.
Strong work ethic and a desire to help drive a successful architectural vision across the projects - Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and new techniques. - Conceptual understanding of SOA principles, Design Patterns and ability to provide solutions based on them
