IT/ Technical Recruitment Specialist Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Experience :2 to 6 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Educational Qualification:- Graduate.

Job description:

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience with excellent knowledge of in IT / Technical Recruitment with recruitment agencies/ IT Organization
Excellent understanding of various IT functions and profile dynamics
Excellent understanding of SDLC and the relevant roles
Experience in hiring through vendors is an added advantage
Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches and MIS
Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently
Strong team player and has passion towards recruitment
Educational Qualifications : B. Tech (Computer Science) / BCA

Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in relationship management with internal clients/vendors and consultants.
