Role Responsibilities:
The job requires someone who has skills and experience working as a Recruiter for IT requirements for US IT consulting and staffing corporation. Below are some of the daily tasks and we are seeking candidates who have skills related to the tasks mentioned below and exhibited in their prior experience:
1. Review IT and Non-IT requirements received from the clients and verify their completeness.
2. Understand client hiring needs/requirements.
3. Apply the sources of recruitment, job boards, social groups to search candidates on passive and active job forums, organizations, social groups, etc.
4. Publish and manage job postings on job boards
5. Technically Screen, Negotiate, Schedule interviews, and follow-up with candidates
6. Communicate with candidates over telephone, email, texts, etc. to get their availability and interest in the job/role.
7. Conduct technical and behavioral interviews
8. Follow-Up and communicate with prospective candidates, recruiters, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients.
9. Coordinate and Schedule interviews with clients, candidates, and recruiters and get feedback after interviews
10. Research, recommend, and establish various business systems and enter data into these systems.
11. Review and verify candidate submissions according to the established business process for their completeness
12. Respond to RFPs, RFIs and submit candidates to the clients
13. Consistently update Applicant Tracking System and candidate database with their status
14. Prepare for employee or sub-contractor on-boarding using established processes and documentation.
15. Verify employees, sub-contractor, and vendors' records and create reminders to update contracts.
16. Reach out to various business and organizations and market candidates, solutions, and services offered to generate new business.
17. Coordinate employee benefits and timekeeping
18. Coordinate sub-contractor's invoicing and invoicing to the client
19. Prepare weekly and monthly reports
20. Create metrics and support quality management.
21. Mentor, train and lead Jr. IT recruiters and sourcers.
22. Provide daily end of the day status report

11. Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies
12. Ability to assess a candidate's capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals.
13. Multitasking ability with strong time management skills.
14. Must have excellent Boolean search skills.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, HR, Recruiting, Staffing, or Business administration with experience in IT recruitment for a minimum of three years for a US corporation.
