Job Description

• Support IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk Support for our client member medical practices across US.
• Implement and support VOIP telephony, call routing, call flow design.
• Support and trouble shoot network issues.
• Managing, configuring and administering Office 365 (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.)
• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of their problem.
• connecting via remote tools.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining networking hardware and computers.
• Troubleshooting networking and phone quality issues.
• Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
• Providing basic training on computer operation and management, such as new hire IT setup and technical orientation
• Maintains secure computing environment and infrastructure solutions for all users
• Maintains accurate and detailed phone and asset inventory across multiple office locations
• Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
• Take part in IT strategic planning activities that reflect the future vision of the organization
• Research and recommend solutions that circumvent potential technical issues
• Provide high levels of customer service as it pertains to enterprise infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design procedural improvements
• Troubleshoot and document any issues that arise.
• Provide professional and positive customer service experience to meet and exceed expectations through excellent communication and having a sense of urgency to ensure daily operations are not affected
• Create and document proper installation and configuration procedures
• Assist in handling software distributions and software updates and OS patches
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
