10 years' experience of leading waterfall and agile IT projects with in-house, external professional service partners and software vendors, particularly Salesforce, Microsoft and SAP.
5 years' experience of ITIL service operations processes

Ability to provide vision and leadership for your own team and be a strong contributor and initiative owner within the Sales & Marketing leadership team and wider as required
Proven track record of managing highly geographical dispersed and cross disciplinary teams

Solid understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle and software quality assurance processes and tooling (e.g. Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Project and associated suite of online collaboration tools to ensure full adoption of such systems of record for all projects under your control
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Masters degree in business of finance preferred. Agile and Salesforce.com certifications preferred.
