• Handling complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing the best talent, salary negotiations, offer letter generation, scheduling regular calls and meetings with hiring managers and team and follow-up till the candidate joins.
• Sourcing through internal database, job portals, social networking, and referrals. Job postings through LinkedIn, indeed etc. to attract the talent pool and also maintain the database for list of targeted companies.
• Propose hiring strategies, implement plan of action for open positions, review requisitions on timely basis, close positions as per the target timelines.
• Work closely with the business stakeholders and respective teams to determine the hiring demands and assist in preparation of JDs.
• Complete ownership of scheduling & interview coordination process along with the responsibility of managing & sharing feedbacks, candidate management.
• Achieve operational excellence with a drive to build robust Talent Analytics & publishing the weekly and monthly dashboard to the stakeholders.
• Continuously innovating the recruitment process, suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved.
