Job Description

• Should be able to manage and lead people to complete projects and accomplish company goals.
• Leading and participating in meetings at the operational and project level, and
• providing continuous feedback on project status.
• Manage high priority tasks, enhancements and/or bugs related to assigned projects.
• Should be able to provide inputs to prepare the implementation schedule, track the progress of milestones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Should have Excellent communication skills and work well with Team.
• Should have good issue resolution and people management skills.
• Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
• Convert key project strategies into actionable, individual tasks, activities and assignments.
• Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
• Taking ownership after kick off meet & manager end to end project to meet the deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or sprint planning or JIRA management.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum.
• 1+ years of programming experience in web or mobile apps development will be plus.
• Experience in managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & SCRUM processes.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies to manage full SDLC of large & complex web and mobile application projects.
• Likeness for technology, networking, gadgets among other things. Business oriented, Dynamic, Highly responsible, Proactive & Team Player.
