Job Description:
Mandatory Skills to have
* Knowledge on Web Services
* Working knowledge on web technologies on REST, SOAP
* Working knowledge on Webservices - analyzing errors based on service logs and troubleshooting, capability to create and simulate service requests using http clients - curl/postman/browser
* Working knowledge on Splunk - To identify the flow of a service request, and have capability to write splunk queries based on the business scenario
 
Required:
* Deeper Technical support expertise.
* Dealing with L2/3 escalations.
* Expertise in Web services and Application support.
* Dealing with client chats.
* IT help desk, troubleshooting.
