Build, simplify, implement and automotate the compliance rules for maximum control and no manual intervention.
Monitor and control compliancy of unbilled inventory, Importer of Records, services cross-border billing, ERS Tax, SoA margin ...
Understand and measure the impact of change of any rules on the IS profitability.
Ensure rules, best practices are known and applied by the key stakeholders of the IS community through communication, trainings and support.
Business Intelligence
Create relevant insights, meaningful KPIs, qualitative business analysis on various key areas to support decision-making in order to drive business value, growth, profitability and competitiveness.
Monitor and analyse IS Practice financial performance (KPI?s) providing recommendations to the Global and Regional management teams in a timely manner and with aim to improve regional and global performances.
Report on key KPIs on forecast and backlog to support the business globally but also customer deals.
Lead governance with the sales regions on their performance on ERS/IS margin SoA and create and drive new ones other key subjects.
Enforce the global business rules with regional teams but also the ability to recommend changes backed by analysis wherever necessary.
Raise alarm with the global IS Practice for any event or trend that can impact IS capability or profitability.
Understanding of the regional finance practice and close interlock with finance controllers.
Team Management
Coach and mentor the Compliance and Business Management team members (2 persons) so they are recognized as the ones to go to for their expertize in a proactive manner.
Lead the team transformation to make team more aligned with the BU vision.
Be responsible for quantifying the team performance.
Encourage the team to innovate, ideate, think and design.
Reinforcing teaming with the Global Process Owners.
Business Continuity
Be the ESBU SPOC for audits on IS business.
Review processes, controls and governance.
Identify risks and build mitigation plan.
Build road map on Compliance and Business Intelligence IT development with IS Digitalization team.
Proactive communication to stakeholders and IS community.
Regular Interlocks with other IS managers globally.
