Job Description

Role: inside sales & marketing manager

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Job Description:

Conduct market research to source new leads to help build Cityfurnish's client base and revenue.
Manage and execute marketing activities to drive customer acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.
Lead marketing campaigns for new product launches via all available marketing channels - email and SMS marketing, web and app notifications, etc.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
Convert leads received through database, campaigns, and marketing channels.
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
Set daily sales targets for calling sales team members and support the team in meeting the set targets.
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with the organizational objectives.
Capture product/process feedback for non-retained customers thereby identifying customer pain points to increase conversion rates.
Devise campaign and dialing strategy to improve sales and retention metrics from time to time.
Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
Share quality reports for various stakeholders and provide actionable data as needed.
