Job Description

  • Scheduling and auditing projects, processes, and support groups across CLG. Facing external audits.
  • Implementing the Quality Management System across CLG
  • Creating, reviewing, and update of documentation as per ISO guidelines i.e. Quality management system.
  • Driving the Lean initiative, continual improvement
  • Planning ISO Awareness session across CLG
  • Creating and publishing identified dashboards across CLG.
  • Identifying process improvement areas and supporting the institutionalization of the best practices in the identified areasRoles and Responsibilities
