Job Description

Business Development:
• Ensure all allocated leads on a daily basis are out called based on the script and training provided.
• Give excellent 5 STAR experience to the prospects on the call for registration
• Allocated monthly target to be achieved month on month.
• Ensure timely collection of fees.
• Give inputs on business development to the marketing team based on the voice of customers.
• Execute and support campaigns and other promotional events in coordination with marketing department to maximize business and engage customers at each location.
• Solicit reference from participants to increase registration
• Individual Contributor:
• This is an individual contributor role with complete accountability and responsibility for targets.
• Consistent review, training and performance management will be done on periodic basis.
• The role requires good working relationship with Digital Marketing team and Program Delivery team.
• Compliance:
• Work in compliance with company policies and appropriate regulations. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities and customer communication
 Operations Management:
• Ensure all the interaction with customers is recorded and shared in the respective drive daily.
• Dashboards / CRM is update daily on a real time basis with the lead status and follow up date.
• Customers are called back on the committed date and time and any information that the customers ask is provided within TAT.
 Customer Service:
• Ensure 95% C-SAT is achieved for each individual registration
• Handhold and guide customers till the certification.

7. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education Graduate
Experience 1-2 years of Academic Counseling preferably from Education and Training Organisation.
 Skills Consultative Selling Skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication Skills, Time Management, Planning and Organizing Skills, Excellent in follows and highly result oriented . Should possess good listening skills.
