Roles and Responsibilities

Skills Needed:

Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
Knowledge in International recruitment would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 6 years of experience in IT Recruitment in recruitment agencies.
Hands on experience in Recruitment
Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals.
Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches and Application Tracking systems
Proven ability to contribute in a high consistently and positively- paced, changing work environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Strong team player and has passion towards recruitment.
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
