• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Should have 3 to 7 year experience in Non IT recruitment, BPO Hiring, Sales Hiring, Sales Recruitment for International Voice process BDE,
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Searching Candidates as per the requirement of company.
• Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set time lines.
• Handling End-to-End sourcing activities for different levels.
• Scheduling interviews and follow ups with candidates.
• Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References & Self-Data Bank.
• Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ handling End to End recruitment process.
• Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
• Meeting targets within given deadlines.
• Experience working on bulk hiring would be an added advantage.
