- Take up Projects at warehouse & manage them end to end
- Do employee level engagement activities with Ops managers & manpower to improve team work
- Periodically review Bin health strategy - work with site ICQA in effectiveness reviews and calibration of warehouse strategy according to findings
- Monitor activity on sensitive tools and permissions for these in close co-ordination of Learning & Development
- Periodic review and calibration of warehouse- Inventory adjustment reductions
- Set Quality Goals for warehouse
- Coordinate with internal & external software/ ERP teams in getting any system related issues resolved
