Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be the initial point of contact for employees, championing our company's culture and ensuring an on-brand experience from the moment employees start their journey at Techlify. The right person is nimble and adaptive and knows how to balance strategic focus with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset. You will work on developing our people strategies and programs including cultural initiatives, career pathing, performance management, talent acquisition & onboarding, compensation & benefits, retention, headcount planning and analytics, organizational design, policies and compliance, employee engagement, and training.
Responsibilities

  • Recruiting top talent that is best suited for open roles as the company grows and scales
  • Work with employees on their training & development to ensure they continue to learn and grow.
  • Ensuring that the company’s culture is kept and maintained at the required standard in all aspects of the organization.
  • Ensuring that the team is fully engaged and are in environments and working conditions where they’re most productive
  • To ensure that all team members are in optimal working and personal environments, and are collaborating well to reach the company goals and personal goals.
  • Ensuring that team members' goals are in alignment with the company goals so that it is a win-win for everyone that makes up the company.
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop a culture of learning and continuous feedback by creating programs, tools, training initiatives, and experiences that engage our team to inspire a positive, diverse, adaptive, and accountable culture.
  • Develop and implement Rewards & Recognition programs.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and events such as Performance appraisal events, employee engagement events, and quarterly and annual company events.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Analyze, administer and modify compensation and benefits systems and programs to be market competitive, align with our company values and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliant employee classifications, record-keeping, and milestones (ie: work anniversaries, birthdays, etc.).
  • Leverage data to aid in strategic people-related decisions, developing key metrics to measure employee engagement, performance, and retention.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
  • Experience knowledge in developing and maintaining company culture
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Operations with HR processes and policies, talent acquisition for full-time employees, with specific expertise in:
  • Talent Acquisition.
  • Designing career pathing, compensation & benefits plans.
  • People management experience and conflict resolution.
  • Natural problem solver with a passion for creating simple solutions.
  • You must be excellent at using data and quantitative approaches for decision-making.
  • You must be a self-starter with lots of initiative, and creativity and possess a can-do, optimistic attitude.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills as well as operational excellence.
  • A natural people person who can relate well to others, listen effectively, and build trust and rapport with a diverse workforce across the entire organization.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
