Exciting times As a part of the Human Resources function, the India HR teamsupports BMC s Corporate HR team and India Business teams with HR Operations& Analytics. The team is accountable for data analysis across thesefunctions. In this role, you will work with the HR Business Partners inconstructing analysis that support decision- making at the corporate and Indiasite level. Day- to- day responsibilities will include structuring, analyzing andsynthesizing data to report on key operational or people metrics (e. g. , attrition and hiring, but not limited to that) and drive progress at BMC. Perform basic data reporting and/ or analysis to communicate a story that helpsdrive business You would also have anadditional responsibility to work closely with fellow HRBPs or a small- size businessgroup in India. Work with HR team in implementation of corporate policies, practices and processes at the department, business unit or divisional level. Participatein company- wide programs and initiatives, such as workforce planning, total payprograms, reorganizations, acquisitions, etc. Respond to emergent issues (e. g. , support employee relations, etc. ). Serve as support for people programs orad- hoc projects (total rewards, performance management, talent identification, etc. ) Qualifications & Skills
