Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates from various job portals as per requirement.
  • Screening candidates CV's and contact relevant candidates.
  • Schedule interview, Send call letter and follow up with candidates to attend interview.
  • Maintain trackers and MIS Reporting on Recruitment.
  • Following up with selected candidates until on-boarding.
  • Follow up or collect certificates, payslips and offer copy, verifying and validating credentials/ testimonials, and get employment application forms filled.
  • Communicate to candidate at each level sending acknowledgement emails on receipt of email, selections, regret emails and next level communication emails.

Desired Candidates Profile:

  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Female candidates Preferred.
  • Should posses good negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to work independently or in team.
