Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring that staff in her or his department is responsible for following the procedures and guideline of the organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring that information which the Head receives from the Director appropriately acted upon and\/or disseminated within the department.
  • Create and manage recruitment roadmap for the organization.
  • Effectively setup, manage, monitor and execute recruitment with robust gap analysis mechanism.
  • Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • Implementation of organizational and HR Policy & Procedures.
  • Deal with complex disciplinary\/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
  • Help develop the skill set and career path of all members of your team \u2014 organize and gather data
    for performance reviews.
  • Performance appraisal of the team.
