Job Description

Plan and execute Succession Planning initiative for High Potentials in the organization
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
Lead and manage C&B process as per business requirement
Participate in manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain
Support in building the talent pipeline for critical positions by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms
Keep a tab on the pulse of the people by leveraging various sources
Advise leaders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community and engagement within space
Understands business landscape and capacity (supply/demand) to serve as an advisor
Participate in the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions etc.
Benchmarking business compensation and payout structures
Support the leadership team in driving the desired culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of talent management, organization development, resourcing, capability development, compensation & benefits, performance management and talent management practices
