We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will be primarily involved in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
*Recruitment & Retention: will be doing recruitment activity and campaigns, managing Talent
*Employee Relations: managing leave, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc. Measure
employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
*Performance management: Looking into performance management issues and processes and
supporting employees on company benefits
*Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention
and improvement
*Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
*Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge
evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
