Job Description

  • uccessful candidates will build key partnerships with talent leaders to understand and deliver on business needs.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality.
  • Support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics.
  • Designs and maintains the HR Data Model and ensures that just one source of master data exists for each HR Process
  • Supports other HR Specialists by designing customized reports providing source data
  • Help Human Resources team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the upkeep of all Human Resource Data and HRIS records
