Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Providing support in recruitment process with short listing candidates and organizing interview schedule and follow up with the candidates.
  • Maintaining attendance and Leave records of employees
  • Updating Statutory Compliance Registers on monthly basis.
  • Providing support in HR activities
  • Handling Travel Arrangement: tickets and accommodation bookings
  • Supporting facility management (Stationary items, office assets and infrastructure maintenance).
  • Placing order and maintaining purchasing records and files
  • Supporting in maintaining documents for internal and external audits
  • Working on end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Calling and sourcing candidates from the given database
  • Screening resumes and short listing candidates
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Collecting and verifying documents post selection and proceeding offer release
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of database and progress of each candidate
  • Maintaining a professional work style and to work as part of the team
  • Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CVs, Updating/Maintaining Internal database.
  • Identifying the right candidate with right skills to match the requirements of the client.
  • Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including communication, inter-personal skills, confidence level, presentation and ability to make the right decision.
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested.
  • Informing candidates about the results of the interviews.
  • Negotiating salary pay and finalizing the arrangements between client and candidate.
