Job Description

Axis bank is hiring Training Manager- Home Loan (Off Roles)

Job Description:

New RO to be mentored and made productive in shortest span of joining
Increase RO productivity in your zone
Act as a buddy mentor to ROs at various stages of their journey in Axis Bank
Regular product and policy training for all ROs
Ensure system training to be done and take accountability for correct mapping of ROs

Recruitment criteria for hiring the candidate:

Prior experience in training role in financial services segment OR bare minimum of 2 years of sales experience in home loan,
Should have adequate product knowledge of mortgages - Home Loan, LAP and Affordable Housing
Should hold a graduation degree
Should be fluent in their communication
Candidate should be able to converse in the regional language depending upon the place of recruitment
The role requires the candidate to frequently travel across the region for training

Job Specifications:

Age Limit: Upto 35 Years
Job location: Goregaon, Kalina, Pune
Salary: As per industry standards
