Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer at least 2-3 years.
Proven work experience in software development
Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
Experience developing highly interactive applications
A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
Good knowledge of relational databases
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field
Significant experience with Ruby on Rails .
Significant experience with React Native.
Understands how to write efficient code.
Good front-end knowledge including HTML5, CSS, Javascript and Jquery
Uses Git for source code management.
Ensures cross-browser compatibility (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome).
Knowledge and use of RESTful coding.
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Good knowledge in writing API’s
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
Design robust, scalable and secure features
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
