Job Description

7+ yrs of experience in IT project management, Stakeholders engagement and IT Service Management
End-End project lifecycle management
Strong experience in working with tools like MS Projects, SAP, JIRA, Confluence, ERP, etc
Certified in PMP/PRICE 2.0
AGILE & ITIL background
Experience in managing small to medium (~10 people) teams
Accountable for project scoping i.e. planning; business requirements gathering and documenting BRD; FSD (Functional Specification Document); TSD (Technical Specification Document); User Scenarios
Single point of contact for the business. Coordinates with Project Teams and executes the project as per overall timelines and addresses all issues
Regularly updates the stakeholders with the progress and escalates when required
Professionally reliable and confident in analytical and solution oriented
Strong presentation skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
